Ideal candidates:
- Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with up to 1 year of working experience
- Strong academic foundation (CGPA 3.50 and above)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) or related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics)
