Get 24/7 unlimited mileage towing assistance to the nearest EV charging station if your vehicle runs out of battery (up to 3 events per policy year).

Enjoy 24/7 towing assistance for unlimited mileage and events due to accidents and breakdowns (excluding running out of battery).

It is a Comprehensive Package product, tailor-made with benefits specific for Tesla electric cars such as loss or accidental damage to a private electric charger, 24 Hours towing to the nearest EV Charging Station, and towing due to accident/breakdown for total peace of mind.

As a InsureMyTesla policyholder, you will also enjoy a host of services for your vehicle in case of a breakdown and emergency, for total peace of mind and protection.

Immediately locate an approved repairer nearest to you.
Approved Repairer
In the event your car meets with an accident, you will need to send your car to any of the motor repair workshops as listed below:
- motor repair workshops which are on Our panel of approved workshops; or
- motor repair workshops approved by Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM) under the PIAM Approved Repairers Scheme (PARS); or
- franchise repairers; or
- any other repairer that We have given You special permission to use. The circumstances under which a special permission may be granted by Us includes:
- no Approved Repairer described in (a), (b) and (c) above is available at the location of Your Car, and We are unable to assist You in accessing the nearest workshop on Our panel or the nearest workshop approved by PIAM under PARS; and
- repairs that require special expertise from specific repairers which cannot be provided by an Approved Repairer.
