NOTE :-

All services rendered under Section 5 are purely on referral and arrangement basis only. The insured shall pay for all third party expenses arising from the use of the referred or arranged services.

Insurer's maximum liability is limited to RM3,000,000 any one life up to a maximum of RM60,000,000 per conveyance / occurrence / event.

Terrorism & Hijacking - The policy extends to cover the risk of terrorism
(but excluding when there are traces of nuclear, chemical or biological agents.)

Note: This premium amount is before Service Tax and Stamp Duty.

No government tax shall be applicable for Overseas Travel Policy. However, government tax shall be applicable for Domestic Travel Policy and Annual Policy.

DEFINITIONS

Region 1 - Asia includes Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Region 2 - Worldwide means all countries including Asia but excluding USA and Canada.

Region 3 - Worldwide means all countries including Asia, USA and Canada.

Excluded countries : any sanction, prohibition or restriction under United Nations resolution, European Union, United Kingdom, United States of America or Malaysia.
