Road Tax Renewal: Temporary Service Update

Dear Valued Customers,

Please note that the option to renew your road tax together with your motor insurance is temporarily unavailable.

If you renewed your road tax alongside your motor insurance on 2 or 3 October 2026, please check your MyJPJ app. If your road tax is not appearing as renewed, rest assured that our customer service team will get in touch with you. We will arrange your road tax renewal or refund, so you can drive with a valid road tax without any inconvenience.

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Thank you for your continued trust in us.
