You'll thrive in CLAP if you:
- Have recently graduated or have up to 1 year of work experience
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related disciplines) or a business-related field
- Have a strong academic record and a demonstrated passion for learning (CGPA 3.30 and above)
- Enjoy analyzing problems and making thoughtful decisions
- Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Are excited by hands-on learning, rotations, and continuous development

The Liberty Commercial Lines Associates Program (CLAP) is a 12-month development program designed to build the technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and practical experience needed to succeed as a Commercial Lines Underwriter.
