First, head to your nearest Liberty Insurance branch (click here for branch listing), and notify a claim either verbally on in written form.
Provide the following information:
For claims above 100k, adjusters will be appointed by Liberty Insurance HQ. For claims below 100k, adjusters will be appointed by region.
The following documents will be required for the following claims:
Houseowner (Building Claim)
Householder (Contents Claim)
Liberty Insurance General Branches will check through whether the claim form and the supporting documents are in order and will send them to the Regional Branch office for processing.
