DEFINITIONS

Region 1 - Asia includes Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macau, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.

Region 2 - Worldwide means all countries including Asia but excluding USA and Canada.

Region 3 - Worldwide means all countries including Asia, USA and Canada.

1.) Terms & Conditions apply.

2.) Phone activation service is only applicable for Credit Cardholders aged between 18 and 80 and permanently residing in Malaysia.

3.) Family Plan including you, your spouse and accompanying children the age of 18 years and below.

4.) Like any other insurance policy, some activities are excluded in the policy. Any pre-existing condition prior to departure is excluded.

5.) This plan must be purchased before you commence your journey. Each journey must begin from Malaysia and is subject to a maximum of 185 days, except for annual cover.

6.) No cover shall be granted to anyone seeking medical treatment outside Malaysia.

7.) There will be no refund for cancellation once a reference number is given.

8.) We provide 24-hour Worldwide Emergency Assistance and Referral Services.

9.) This policy covers the risk of terrorism (but excluding when there are traces of nuclear, chemical or biological agents).

10.) In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the English version and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail.
